Mc Wilson Corporation is looking for dedicated Kitchen Cutters and Line Cooks to join Kaokee, our dynamic Singaporean cuisine concept located in Makati.
Qualifications:
- Experience or familiarity with Chinese and/or Singaporean cuisine
- Proficient in kitchen operations; wok cooking experience is a plus
- Hardworking, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Willing to work on-site in Makati
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients
- Support chefs and cooks in daily kitchen operations and cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen tools, equipment, and work areas
- Set up and organize back-of-house (BOH) stations with necessary tools and ingredients
- Store ingredients properly, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor
