El Union (Baguio) is adding a Kitchen Staff to the team!
Location: Outlook Drv., Baguio City
Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, Wednesday as rest day
Operating hours: 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Job responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking high quality meals and food items according to company recipes
- Responsible for purchasing, preparing, assembling, and storage of ingredients for menu items
- Monitoring of supplies and managing inventory of items in the kitchen
- Assisting team members to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner
- Ensuring kitchen equipment, tools and packaging are clean and sanitized to follow sanitary standards
- Proper storage of food to avoid spoilage
- Communicating with leaders to deliver feedback and insights for further improvement and R&D
- Recommends improvements by keeping abreast of relevant trends and practices in the industry
- Actively builds the camaraderie in the team with their personal cultural contribution
- Ambassadorship of the El Union brand
- Attends trainings and meetings as needed
- Other tasks may be assigned based on your role
Job qualifications:
- high school graduate
- must have experience in cooking, purchasing, and inventory
- must have 1 year experience in the same company/employer with a good track record in attendance
- works well in a team
- willing to work in Outlook Drive, Baguio City
- willing to work in shifting schedule, 40 hours per week
- must be willing to work on holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
