Job Objectives:
This position is responsible for providing technical and administrative assistance to the Labor and Employee Relations team by handling and documenting all employee-related queries, grievances, and escalations for accurate, efficient, and timely resolution of HR issues and policy.
Job qualifications:
- College Graduate of a four- to five-year course.
- Trainings attended on Employment and Labor Law updates.
- · Knowledge of Philippine employment and labor laws
- · Demonstrated ability to deal with disciplinary issues/cases, employee grievances, and other labor concerns .
- · Proficiency in MS Office Applications .
- Oral and/or Written Communication Skills.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking.
- Interpersonal Skills.
- Time Management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
