The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for assisting Employee Relations Lead on managing and enhancing employer-employee relationships to create a positive and productive work environment. This role involves handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting workplace investigations, and driving initiatives that employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters
- Responsible for investigating and resolving workplace issues, including grievances, conflicts and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure agency partners will follow company policies aligned with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Ensure consistent and fair application of disciplinary procedures across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records the employee relations cases and outcomes (monitor all agency partners disciplinary action record).
- Responsible for assisting TA on conducting training sessions on HR policies code of conduct, and behavior.
- Lead interviews that improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Conducts exit interviews to gather insights and improve retention strategies.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee relations strategies aligned with business objective.
- Partner with ER lead to update and implement workplace policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
