Job Description
- Assist in the inspection of the ongoing housing units and land development.
- Issue non-compliance report and monitor rectifications.
- Identify repair work and coordinate with the contractors.
- Prepare the units for occupancy of house owners.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience in masonry, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Preferably has basic knowledge in reading engineering plans.
- Amenable to work in Mexico, Pampanga and willing to be relocated in any project sites.
