Serves as the conduit of the Corporate HROD to the employees in the different districts of BIVMC and vice versa. It aims to support the different departments of operations and sales in the local districts by implementing HR services and programs.
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related
- Basic skills in Recruitment & Selection, Payroll & Benefits, Training & Development, Performance Management & Feedback, Employee Relations, Labor Relations gained in at least two-years of experience as HR Generalist
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment related regulations
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
- Attention to detail
