Graduate in Business, Finance, Engineering, Entrepreneurial Management, Marketing, Management Engineering or related field; Has good scholastic records; with at least 6 years of experience in land acquisition or real estate development, preferably in large scale residential, commercial or mixed-use projects; extensive knowledge of land valuation, due diligence, titling processes and local land use policies purchase an advantage. Must have strong leadership skills for managing teams and projects, dedicated and focused on achieving results.
