Responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating qualified leads, and assisting in converting those leads into sales opportunities to support loans growth and targets.
- Optimize creatives, audience targeting, and placements for better conversions
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential customer from provided lead list
- Collaborate with Lead Generation Supervisor to align campaign goals
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead and call targets
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior/Department head
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience as tele sales or inside sales is required handling high volumes calling, called outreach and achieving quotas
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Excellent verbal communication, confident speaking voice, persuasive tone
- Knowledge of lead qualification, objection handling and sales principles
- Effectively handles large call volumes and follow-ups promptly
- May require flexible hours to align with target market/time zones
- Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
