We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Consultant, Java Engineer. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Java and SQL to develop robust applications and provide production support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using Java 8 or higher, with a preference for Java 11.

Utilize SQL and Java Persistence API (JPA) for efficient data management and retrieval.

Provide production support, ensuring system stability and addressing any issues promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test software solutions.

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

With hands-on experience in software development.

Proficiency in Java 8 or higher, with a strong understanding of SQL and JPA.

Experience in providing production support and willingness to engage in production support activities.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Familiarity with APIs such as RestEasy or Spring Boot.

Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Understanding of AI prompting concepts.
