Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any relevant degree
- Previous experience in consulting, business, management, development or coaching is highly regarded
- At least 2 years’ experience in an assessor role in the VET sector or similar with previous industry experience is a plus
- Has TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to take certifications for the role
- Experience with Learner Management System, preferably Axcelerate

Responsibilities
- Assess competence of learners
- Marking and ensuring all allocated assessments are marked
- Provide coaching to assist with learners with gaps
- Send results to leaners via email
- Record learners assessment progress via Excel
- Update Axcelerate with learners' results
- Participate in validation and moderation activities
