Training and Quality Supervisor – Roles and Responsibilities
1. Training Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and tenured staff.
Facilitate various training formats including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, and performance data.
Ensure training materials are current, engaging, and aligned with business goals.
2. Leadership and Development Training:
Develop and deliver leadership and professional development training programs for supervisors, team leads, and high-potential employees.
Identify leadership skill gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to support succession planning and career development initiatives.
Measure impact of leadership training on performance, engagement, and retention.
3. Quality Responsibilities:
Provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
Collate quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Partner with operations to drive quality initiatives and enhance customer experience.
4. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Support a team of trainers and quality specialists.
Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Generate reports on training effectiveness, quality performance, and team productivity.
Foster a positive, high-performance team culture focused on growth and service excellence.
