Job Roles:
1. Inbound and Outbound calls for CSR and Sales rep roles.
2. Locate key information from different documents.
3. Answer calls and do follow ups for unanswered calls.
4. Ensure accuracy of documents with complete information provided.
5. Download application from site and save file in folders.
6. Updating of tracker for completed tasks.
