About the role
Callhounds Global BPO Corporation is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team in Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the leasing of our commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy levels and delivering an exceptional experience for our tenants.
What you'll be doing
- Actively market and promote available properties to prospective tenants
- Negotiate and finalise lease agreements, ensuring optimal terms for the business
- Liaise with current tenants to understand their needs and manage lease renewals
- Maintain detailed records of all property enquiries, viewings and leases
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless tenant experience
- Contribute to the development of the company's leasing strategies and plans
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar commercial real estate role
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients
- Proficiency in property management software and database systems
- Thorough understanding of the local commercial real estate market and regulations
- Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
