- Manage end-to-end leasing activities including client inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and prospective clients.
- Ensure occupancy targets and revenue goals are met through proactive marketing and client engagement.
- Prepare and review lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor rental collections, tenant concerns, and coordinate with property management for issue resolution.
- Conduct market research to analyze rental trends, competitor offerings, and tenant demands.
- Generate leasing reports and provide updates on occupancy, renewals, and pipeline opportunities.
Qualifications – Leasing Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, real estate laws, and property management practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of real estate/property management systems is an advantage.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to meet sales targets and occupancy goals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple client accounts.
