Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Leasing Documentation, Process and Administrative works
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Very good oral and written communications, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Good analytical, organizational and time management skills with ability to establish priorities and complete tasks before or within the deadline
- Must be highly organized and able to maintain files for easy access and retrieval
- Willing to work at Hervias Village II, Villamonte, Bacolod City
