JOB SUMMARY:
Generally responsible for providing legal services to all corporate and regional offices such as research, contract preparation and review, monitoring of company cases (criminal, civil, labor and administrative) policy implementation monitoring relative to its legal implications.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor graduate, or at least a 3rd year completer.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate and labor laws
- In-depth understanding of administrative proceedings
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- High level of integrity and professional ethics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Must be willing to travel for work across Visayas and Mindanao
