We are seeking a licensed attorney with expertise in labor law, contract drafting, and litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising clients on labor-related matters, reviewing and drafting contracts, and handling litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced legal environment with a focus on both preventive and responsive legal strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on labor law issues, including employee rights, workplace policies, and compliance.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and service contracts.
- Manage and represent clients in labor-related litigation, including handling disputes, arbitrations, and court appearances.
- Advise clients on effective strategies to prevent legal issues and minimize exposure to litigation.
- Stay updated on changes to labor law, regulations, and relevant case law to ensure client compliance.
- Any work relating to law.
