- Legal Document Management: Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, memoranda, and other corporate documents to ensure their legal soundness and the protection of the company's interests.
- Compliance and Policy: Ensuring company operations, processes, and strategies comply with relevant local, state, federal, and international laws. This includes developing and upholding company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Legal Advice and Counsel: Providing advice to management and relevant authorities on legal matters, potential issues, and strategies to avoid risks and violations.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with new products, services, business partnerships, and transactions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contract terms and settlements on behalf of the business to achieve favorable outcomes.
