Minimum qualififcations:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law
Elegibility: Bar Passer (RA 1080)
Experience: With ten (10) years of relevant experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assists the Corporate Secretary, in all matters concerning Legal matters;
-Provides over-all technical administrative assistance to the In-House Legal Counsel;
-Involves and provides inputs into strategic plans for the day-to-day operations of the different Departments especially the Admin and Gen. Services Department;
-Gives legal advice to upper-level staff to ensure the appropriate legal action is considered for business undertakings and gives advice on matters of constitutional and national law. Coordinates with all the Heads of Departments and Officers with regard to Legal matters;
-Assists in handling conflicting legal matters that involve international, public, and private law. In many cases, the legal officer has to present information on a written or oral platform that all associates and staff can understand;
-Acts as a liaison between partners and work groups. As an administrator, must promote strong relationships with partners and clients of the corporation;
-Reviews major contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php46,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Malate, Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
