Job Description
- Prepare, submit, and track applications for permits and licenses.
- Ensure timely renewals of existing permits and licenses.
- Stay updated on relevant local and national regulations and ensure all projects comply with these requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all permit and license applications, approvals, renewals, and correspondence.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, and community representatives.
Qualifications
- With Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Communication, or a relevant field
- With 1-2 years of work-related experience dealing with government offices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
