- Verify land titles, deeds, ownership history, encumbrances, and potential legal disputes.
- Assess zoning restrictions, environmental regulations, and land-use policies.
- Conduct risk analysis to identify potential challenges in the acquisition process and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all land acquisition transactions comply with Philippine real estate laws, zoning regulations, and environmental policies.
- Process necessary permits, land conversion approvals, and clearances with government agencies
- Work closely with legal teams to verify land titles, deeds, and other essential documents.
- Conduct due diligence, including land title verification, zoning assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Maintain an updated database of available properties and market trends.
- Minimize legal and financial risks by ensuring proper documentation and due diligence.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Communication, or a relevant field
- With 1-2 years of work-related experience dealing with government offices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
