Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in booking of interments in the site.
- Monitor and coordinate the delivery of services by funeral service providers, particularly for Libre Burol clients, ensuring service standards are met.
- Liaise and coordinate with Forest Lake and families of the deceased to provide customized and personalized interment services.
- Serve as the host of interment programs.
- Administer customer feedback surveys to all interment clients
- Perform other related tasks or duties that may be assigned from time to time to support interment operations.
Job Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate or has completed some college-level units.
- With at least one (1) year of work experience, preferably in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
- Possesses excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, with compassion and empathy toward grieving families.
- Must be mobile within a 15-kilometer radius of the park; preferably with own means of transportation (motorcycle or vehicle).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
