What You’ll Do:
- Handle payroll entries and reconciliations through our payroll system
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial reports in Xero
- Record journal entries for payroll, petty cash, leases, and expenses
- Reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts with accuracy
- Assist in audits, compliance checks, and financial reporting
- Be part of process improvements and ad-hoc projects that make an impact

What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course (required)
- At least 1–2 years of accounting experience (transactional or RtR)
- Familiar with Xero and payroll systems (RCBC preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and a love for accuracy
- Proficient in MS Excel, with good English communication skills
- Can thrive under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
