Job Overview
We seek a skilled Liaison Officer to manage communication between our company and external stakeholders, including government bodies, clients, and contractors. You will ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate permits and approvals, and resolve any issues during real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Realty Manager in processing permits and licenses for different clients.
- Ensure accuracy using checking legal documents prior to submission.
- Assist clients regarding inquiries on the company's realty services.
- Support other department as needed.
- Work with the administration and finance regarding bank transactions.
- Support officer employees by assisting with office work.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and permits.
- Coordinate the submission of required documentation for permits and approvals.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns from stakeholders.
- Assisted with project-related regulatory tasks and provided client support.
- Prepare status updates on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Proficient in document management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in liaison or regulatory roles, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
- Willing to assign in Palawan
- Willing to perform extended work hours (as needed)
- Being able to drive a vehicle
Schedule:
- 8 hours per day
- Monday-Saturday
