Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Licensing Officer with experience in handling government permits and regulatory documentation, preferably with a background in the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) or related agencies. This role ensures that all business permits, licenses, and environmental compliance requirements are processed accurately and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and renew business permits, licenses, and environmental compliance certificates.
- Liaise with DENR, LGUs, and other government agencies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive record-keeping system for permits, licenses, and supporting documents.
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewals of all regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support and assist in preparing reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Experience as DENR clerk, permit processor, or in related licensing/regulatory compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of government documentation processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS applications and document management.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and government offices.
