Set up station, it includes cutting in vegetable, fabrication of meats and seafoods, marination or even advance cooking and portioning of ingredients
- Cook food according to the standard recipe
- Keeping the work area clean all the time
- Practice proper food handling from receiving, preparing, cooking, cooling and storing of ingredients
- Help the head of the kitchen on the items need to be ordered
- Receive deliveries from supplier
- Assist colleagues if needed
- Help in monitoring of inventory including monthly inventory count
- Do other job that may assign by superior
- With Hotel and Restaurant service experience is a plus (but not required).
- Willing to work in Hotel Stotsenberg (Clark, Pampanga)
- Willing to work in Morning/Mid/Night Shift.
- Can start ASAP.
