Job Description:
- Live Broadcast Planning and Execution Based on the characteristics of TikTok and Shopee platforms and the target audience, formulate detailed live broadcast plans, covering aspects such as theme setting, process design, product display optimization, and host script optimization. Oversee the entire live broadcast process to ensure it proceeds smoothly as planned and handle unexpected situations promptly.
- Team Management Lead the live broadcast team, including hosts and operators. Be responsible for the scheduling of host operations and live broadcasts, assign tasks, clarify the responsibilities of each team member, organize team training, and enhance the overall business capabilities of the team. Regularly conduct team performance evaluations to motivate team members to achieve live broadcast goals.
- Data Analysis and Optimization Analyze live broadcast data on TikTok and Shopee platforms, such as the number of views, interaction rate, conversion rate, and sales volume. Adjust live broadcast strategies according to the data analysis results, optimize live broadcast content and forms, and improve live broadcast effectiveness and sales performance. Regularly summarize live broadcast performance into a systematic report and formulate implementation plans.
- Merchandise Portfolio Planning Understand the characteristics of beauty products. Collaborate with the e - commerce operation team to be in charge of the design of merchandise portfolios for each promotion. Before the promotion, communicate with host operators about the main promotion rhythm and determine the way to display product selling points to enhance product sales.
- Material Content Review Put forward appropriate video and design requirements according to different major promotions. Job Requirements
- Experience and Skills Have more than two years of experience as an e - commerce live broadcast supervisor. Be familiar with the rules and operation models of TikTok and Shopee platforms.
