Job Description:
The Local Store Marketing Officer is responsible for executing on-the-ground marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and build community engagement around the store. This role involves planning and executing localized campaigns, liaising with nearby businesses or institutions, and understanding the specific demographics of each store location.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute in-store and neighborhood marketing initiatives
· Build partnerships with nearby businesses, offices, schools, and communities
· Organize small events, product sampling, or activations to increase brand visibility
· Distribute marketing materials and oversee proper placement of signage
· Monitor local trends and provide feedback to improve market fit and promotions
· Track the effectiveness of LSM efforts through sales uplift, traffic, or customer feedback
· Coordinate with the respective lessors for marketing avenues and execution
Qualifications:
· Restaurant based and flexible on place of work
· Interested and passionate about marketing food and beverages
· Experience in marketing, sales, or events coordination preferred
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Highly organized and proactive
· Willingness to travel to various store locations
· Marketing or management university level educational attainment. Fresh graduates are welcome
