ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you street-smart, resourceful, and passionate about real estate and market trends? We’re looking for a Location Surveyor to join our growing team and take the lead in scouting, evaluating, and recommending prime locations for our food kiosks.
You’ll be on the frontlines of our expansion—helping us decide where BoomDogs pops up next!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct on-ground site surveys to identify high-potential locations for food kiosks
- Assess foot traffic, visibility, accessibility, and nearby competition
- Collect relevant data and prepare location feasibility reports
- Coordinate with mall/leasing agents, LGUs, and property owners for site availability and requirements
- Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to align site selection with brand strategy
- Monitor upcoming developments and community hotspots
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
