- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure optimal layout and utilization of warehouse space to improve efficiency and storage.
- Implement effective stock control systems and conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Organize transportation and ensure timely delivery of goods to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
- Enforce health, safety, and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Oversee quality checks of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Resolve any issues related to damaged or inconsistent products.
- Creates reports for any quality issue and submits it to suppliers.
