- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or data encoding.
- Experience as a control tower assistant, dispatcher, or operations support staff is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
- Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or other logistics platforms. Strong typing and encoding accuracy with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of GPS tracking, routing, and dispatching tools is an advantage.
