I. Job Summary
The Logistics Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily operations of logistics and supply chainactivities. This role ensures the efficient and cost-effective distribution of goods, inventory control, andthe timely delivery of products.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demandwith little to no delay
Coordinate delivery and update status
Prepare vehicle request and trip itinerary form
Ensure that vehicles for delivery are clean
Prepare trip quotation
Manage activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sureestablished deadlines are met
Continually review freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keepcosts down where possible
Others as may be assigned from time to time
III. Competencies and Qualifications:
Knowledge of routing, shipping methods, and freight logistics

Problem Solving & Decision Making
Attention to detail
Graduate of any 4-yr course or related filed
With at least 2-4 years experience in warehouse management or related field
