Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any technical degree in Electronics, TESDA-accredited programs, or a related vocational course
- Knowledgeable in machine operations
- Skilled in troubleshooting machines, data coders, traversing units, and other on-site equipment
- Familiarity with production procedures and protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer-literate with a strong technical inclination
- Willing to undergo 3 months of training
- Able to shift schedules and work overtime
- Able to work with minimal supervision
Job Description:
- Operate and manage machine-specific functions such as configuration, setup, and optimization of performance
- Monitor equipment to ensure it is functioning at full capacity
- Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs as needed
- Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure continuous operation
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency and resolve production issues
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
