- Supervise and support the daily operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned area.
- Monitor and drive store performance, ensuring achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, compliance with company policies, and overall store condition.
- Train, coach, and develop store managers and staff to improve performance and ensure consistency across locations.
- Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards and in-store promotions.
- Address operational issues and resolve customer or employee concerns promptly.
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and productivity to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Prepare and submit performance reports, sales forecasts, and operational feedback to upper management.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, loss prevention measures, and company policies.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
