AIQ Construction is looking for Construction and Maintenance Personnel that will be responsible for performing construction tasks, repairs, and regular maintenance in condominiums. This role involves ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic quality of the construction projects and condominium property, addressing both structural and operational needs.
Qualifications:
1. Experience:
o Proven experience in construction and/or property maintenance.
o Familiarity with condominium maintenance is an advantage.
2. Skills:
o Knowledge of general construction techniques and tools.
o Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
o Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
o Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
3. Physical Requirements:
o Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
o Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
4. Education:
o High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Technical training in construction or maintenance is a plus.
5. Certifications:
o Relevant certifications in construction, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC are desirable.

Construction Tasks:
1. Perform construction-related activities such as carpentry, masonry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
2. Assist in the renovation, remodeling, or repair of condominium units and common areas.
3. Execute minor construction projects to improve the functionality and appearance of the property.
4. Follow construction plans, blueprints, or sketches for repairs or upgrades.
5. Operate construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintenance Tasks:
1. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.
2. Perform routine maintenance on building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from condominium repairs.
4. Repair or replace damaged fixtures, flooring, windows, and other property elements.
5. Ensure the upkeep of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and recreational spaces.
General Duties:
1. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
2. Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize tasks and address urgent concerns.
3. Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and materials used.
4. Monitor inventory and request supplies and equipment as needed.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to residents by addressing their concerns professionally and efficiently.
6. Any Task assigned by the Management.
