JOB OBJECTIVES:
Under the direct supervision of the Deputy General Manager, directly responsible in overseeing the maintenance operations of a facility or plant, focusing on utility systems and equipment.
ORGANIZATIONAL SCOPE :

Supervises : Engineers, Leaders & Technicians
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates and supervises maintenance staff, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring the efficient operation of various utility systems like water, wastewater, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Plays a key role in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, maintaining records, and contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the facility.
- Determines the training requirements of the technicians and develop an effective training plan.
- Provides guidance and training to subordinates whenever necessary.
- Evaluates job performance of subordinates and recommends approval of regularization, promotion, demotion, transfer, reclassification.
- Conducts counseling to erring subordinates and recommends disciplinary action following the due process of the law in consultation with the immediate superior and HRD Manager.
- Ensures good housekeeping of maintenance area by strictly observing the 5S program of the company.
- Performs and participates in all corporate quality, productivity, continuous improvement, occupational safety and health, environmental initiatives and programs.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Education: Engineering graduate or its equivalent years of experience
- With at least 10 years working experience in Maintenance related tasks, 5 years as Supervisor or any leadership position;
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Computer literate
- Skills: Supervisory, Planning and Excellent Problem solving analysis, People-handling and Good Communication skills both in English and Filipino.
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports (including graph).
