JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all motorpool nationwide
- Make sure all facilities are safe and secure
- Coordinate wth Operation, Truck Management and Purchasing to ensure smooth process for truck requirements
- Make sure all facilities and equipments are safe and secure
- Mentor and evaluate all office staff and mechanics
- Manage and improve day to day operation
- Monitor and analyse maintenance workload and suggest for improvement
- Establish standards for performance for each personnel
- Present fleet status periodically
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Mechanical Engeneering , Logistics or other related course
- Experience in handling fleet of trucks and maintenance is a must
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Can work under pressure
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Computer literate specially of MS and google appliations
- Willing to travel to different sites
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
