- having at least 3-5 years experience as Maintenance Plumbing/Plumber
- Install, repair , and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage system and fixtures
- Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems.
- cutting, assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure
- can undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixin leaages to installing pipes and HVAC system
- attention to detail
- able to handle plumbing tools and equipment such as pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers and etc
- monitoring and maintenance of plumbing system
- installation of plumbing systems
- able to perform any necessary repairs
- keeping up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for various plumbing systems
- multitasking
