Maintenance Supervisor:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance team to ensure all machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and operating efficiently. This role involves planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring safety standards are strictly followed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; or related technical field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methods
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and manuals
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours or shifting schedules
