Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operation/Business Management, Marketing or other related course
- At least two (2) years of work-related experience
- Knowledgeable in administrative work and processes
- Knowledgeable in mall operations and leasing procedure
- Negotiation skills and tenant management
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Well-developed customer service and decision-making skills
- Attentive and has a sense of urgency
- Keen to details and able to multi-task
- Able to interact, relate, and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional manner
- Professionalism
- Can-do attitude
- Integrity
- Amenable to work 6x/week, during holidays and to work longer hours depending on the need
Duties and Responsibilities:
- He/she oversees the standard and efficient day-to-day operations of all facilities and other related concerns
- He/she is responsible for ensuring profitable mall operations in accordance with management’s directive and income expectation
- He/she shall likewise effectively and consistently implement approved policies, guidelines, and procedures set in accordance with the company’s standards
- Ensures a positive relationship with tenants, suppliers and agencies
- Implementation of programs through constant enhancement of the physical value of the mall
- Ensure a secure and safe environment that will encourage customers to continually patronize mall products and services
- Prepare reports and documents for submission on time
- Performs other functions as assigned by the Immediate head
