The Mall Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and all aspects of the mall, including maintenance, security, customer service, and tenant relations, run smoothly and efficiently. This role ensures that the mall provides a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for shoppers, tenants, and employees while optimizing operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of retail, property, operations, and customer service management experience
- Must be knowledgeable in standard mall operations and customer service guidelines, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking to supervise day-to-day mall operations
- Must be proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
