What You’ll Do
- Rotate across key hotel departments and learn day-to-day operations
- Support department heads in team management and solving operational challenges
- Assist in enforcing service and operational standards
- Join leadership and professional development sessions
- Take part in projects that enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course (Business Management, Psychology, Engineering, etc.)
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated interest in hotel operations and leadership
- Willing to be trained and assigned in Pasig City
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
