Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and managing the sales in A&I Philippines.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue growth targets in the automotive and industrial sectors.
- Lead and manage the sales, ensuring high levels of productivity, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive and industrial markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors in the automotive and industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement and potential new products or services.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that the sales teams have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the automotive and industrial markets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to sales and TS activities in the automotive and industrial sectors.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Talent development, identify and recruit talents, motivate team, implemented company culture, regulations and process within the team.

Your expertise - Our strength
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams to achieve revenue growth targets.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the automotive and industrial markets, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of sales best practices, processes, and methodologies.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and vendors in the automotive and industrial sectors.
