About the company
Our mission is simple: we introduce craft and delight to everyday eating. We believe that eating well should be easy - that food can taste good, feel good, and not break the bank. We take the best ingredients and turn them into delectable meals customers can’t help but eat (like a habit!).
We’re one of the first cloud kitchens in Manila and have served 1 M+ meals through digital-only brands - and we’re only getting started. We’re looking for bright, passionate folks to help us change the way Filipinos eat.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in quality control or operations in the food & beverage industry (preferably cloud kitchens, QSR, or hospitality).
- With Prior experience in a multi-brand or multi-location setup.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, and HACCP.
- Sharp attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and/or Microsoft product counterparts. We use a variety of online tools to keep track of our work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice-to-haves:
- Certification in food safety (e.g., Food Safety Compliance Officer certification)
What you’ll be doing
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure every dish meets our standards — from prep to packaging. You are responsible for setting the bar for appearance, portion, and taste.
- Catch quality gaps, fix them fast, and report them to the operations, training, and R&D teams to allow them to rectify any issues.
- Be in charge of rolling out clear SOPs for food handling, which includes conducting food demos for store team members.
- Conduct regular kitchen audits and make sure we’re always in line with hygiene and food safety regulations like FSSAI.
Process Improvement:
- Give input for recipe standardization and restaurant systems based on your on-the-ground insights.
Training & Development:
- Coach our kitchen teams to make our food according to standard. That means hands-on training, helping build recipes and manuals, etc.
