Education Requirements
- Graduate, Preference BS CE/ CS with industry recognized certifications like ITIL/ ITSM, PMP
Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7 – 10 years in managing IT service delivery of large client relationship (300+Seats)
- Willingness to work in a 24x7, fast paced environment.
- Experience in handling banking, financial, logistics and travel accounts on a contact center setup is an advantage

Pay: Up to Php130,000.00 per month
