Introduction:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. As a preschool teacher, you will play a key role in nurturing and educating young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development.
- Child Development: Monitor and assess individual child development progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to support growth.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Parent Communication: Establish positive and effective communication with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and development.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom, adhering to licensing regulations and preschool policies.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other preschool staff and administrators to enhance the overall educational experience and school community.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
- State certification or licensure for preschool teaching (preferred).
- Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or similar educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Php550.00 - Php600.00 per day
