Manufacturing Operations Expert
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Pharma / Food Manufacturing in a senior role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IE / ME / PE preferably with MBA.
- Proven track record in:
- Leading large-scale production environments
- Driving operational excellence and lean initiatives
- Managing cross-functional teams and complex supply chains
Strong understanding of:
- Quality systems (ISO, GMP, HACCP and others related to Pharma Manufacturing)
- ERP systems (E.g. SAP)
- Supply chain & logistics
- Experience in automation, process optimization, and data driven decision making
Possess:
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Strategic thinking with an operational mindset
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities
- Results driven and adaptable to change.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php250,000.00 per month
