QUALIFICATIONS:
- With at least 5 years of related work experience in manufacturing supervisory task;
- Experienced production planning;
- Experienced in manpower handling;
- Proficient in material planning and control;
Education:
- Bachelors Degree Preferably BSIE/BSECE/BSME/BSEE Graduate;
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Extensive experience in manufacturing or operations, with a focus on process optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement programs.
- Experience in transforming manufacturing operations to improve cost efficiency, reduce waste, increase productivity, and enhance quality.
- Experience in managing and developing large teams and multiple production facilities.
- Previous roles in operations management, production leadership, or quality management are often required.
