Job Summary:
Our company is looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Associate with a strong background in e-commerce to join our team. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing strategies and tactics that will drive traffic, engagement, and sales on our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to drive traffic and sales on our e-commerce platform
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce space
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid search, paid social, and display advertising
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to drive engagement and customer retention
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with product development and launch timelines
- Coordinate and participate in e-commerce events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
- Provide support to the customer service team to resolve any marketing-related customer issues or inquiries
- Continuously monitor and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies that could impact our e-commerce strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in a B2C environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid search, paid social, and display advertising
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
