We’re looking for Marketing & Client Outreach Associates to join our fast-growing team! Whether you're an experienced pro in HR, BPO, marketing, or sales—or a fresh graduate eager to dive in—this role gives you the chance to grow, learn, and make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Client Engagement Connect with potential clients through digital channels (social media, email, messaging, etc.) and traditional methods (calls, referrals, events).
- Lead Generation & Outreach Find new leads, spark conversations, and turn interest into opportunity.
- Boost Our Online Presence Help create and share content across platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn to attract and engage the right audience.
- Support the Marketing Team Collaborate on campaigns, assist with lead funnels, and help deliver outreach strategies that work.
- Build Relationships That Last Guide new clients through the process, keep them engaged, and ensure they feel valued from the start.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field (bonus if it’s Marketing, HR, Business, Communications, or related—but not required!)
- Strong communication and people skills – written, spoken, and social!
- A love for social media, digital tools, and connecting online.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset – you’re someone who follows through.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or outreach is a plus – but fresh grads are encouraged to apply!
